kitchen:

• clean sink and sanitized
• counter tops and range tops cleaned
  
• exteriors of all appliances cleaned such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers 
• microwave inside and out cleaned
• all cabinets wiped down on the exterior
• tables and chaires cleaned
• floor vacuumed and washed
• trash emptied

bathroom:

• clean sinks, counter tops
• dust light bulbs
• chrome fixtures cleaned
• towels changed
• clean, scrubb and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers
• vacuum, washe floors and baseboards
• empty garbage

bedrooms:

• beds made properly, linens changed (if left out) king size beds $5.00 extra charge, full and queen beds, linens changed (if left out) $3.00 extra charge
• cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
• all surface dusted
• furnitur wiped
• floor vacuum and washed
• baseboards wiped

all rooms including hallways:

• pick up and straighten
• closet doors cleaned
• entry door cleaned
• windows sills, ledges, wall hangins, pictures and frames dusted
• remove cobwebs
• vacuum floors, carpets
• vacuum staires
• vacuum under beds and under furniture- only if we can reach that areas

        floor washed

• clean basebords throuhout the entire house      
  

additional service that is not included in basic maintenence:

• inside of the refrigerator $15.00 - if we have to move the items from the fridge
  
• inside of the oven $20.00 - we have to use heavy duty chemicals
  
• inside of the kitchen cabinets - upon one week notice, extra charge will apply depends on a size of the kitchen cabinets
  

HRD Cleaning Service during basic visit does not:

• clean dishes if left in the sink
  
• clean windows
  
• move heavy furniture
  
• wash the blinds
  
• do laundry
  
• do any ironing
  
• do not clean, wash carpets if with stains
